Down with the Sickness!

Well this week was a bust as far as training went. It started off strong the first three days then I got hit with the flu bug. Which pretty much just eliminated the last four days from being able to get any kind of running in. Oh well. It was only a matter of time. With my wife being sick earlier that week and my son sick the week before. I anticipated coming down with it myself. So my goal was to do as much as I could before that happened. Knowing that it didn't matter how tired my legs felt after each workout. They would soon get a three to four day rest before I tried to get going again.
I think I just about have this whooped and I have one day left this week so I'll try and do a little this morning here at work. Then when I get home try to put in an easy ten. Hopefully tommomrow I'll be able to resume my normal schedule with fresh legs. Then its running everyday until 3 Days.
Total Mileage for week so far is 48.50 miles

Sat - 10.35 miles tempo at Psycho Wyco. 1:29:??
